Quick Summary: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time subscription purchases. Cancel anytime. One-time reports are refundable if not yet viewed. Contact support@zodi.life to request a refund.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with Cosmic Compass Premium. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase, no questions asked.

Eligibility:

  • Applies to first-time subscription purchases only (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly)
  • Request must be made within 7 days (168 hours) of the initial payment
  • Refund is issued to the original PayPal payment method
  • One refund per user — subsequent subscription purchases are not eligible

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Via PayPal: Log in to your PayPal account → Settings → Payments → Manage pre-approved payments → Cancel Cosmic Compass subscription
  • Via Email: Contact support@zodi.life with your account email and we'll process the cancellation

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will occur
  • No partial refund is issued for remaining days in the current period (unless within the 7-day guarantee window)

3. One-Time Report Refunds

One-time report purchases (Natal Chart Report, Compatibility Report, Yearly Forecast, Deep Tarot Reading, Numerology Report) are refundable under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if the report has NOT been viewed/opened — request within 14 days of purchase
  • No refund if the report has been viewed or downloaded — the content has been delivered and consumed
  • Technical issues: If a report fails to load or displays incorrectly, contact us for a full refund or re-generation at no cost

4. Renewal Charges

If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a new billing cycle:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge
  • If you haven't used premium features since the renewal, we'll issue a full refund
  • If you have used premium features since the renewal, the charge is non-refundable

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@zodi.life with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The PayPal transaction ID (found in your PayPal receipt email)
  • Reason for refund (optional — helps us improve, but not required)

We process refunds within 5 business days. The refund will appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 additional business days, depending on your bank.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Subscriptions beyond the 7-day guarantee window (cancel to prevent future charges)
  • One-time reports that have been viewed
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Charges from more than 60 days ago (except where required by law)

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us at support@zodi.life before initiating a chargeback through PayPal or your bank. We resolve most issues within 24 hours. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Legal Rights

In addition to this policy, you may have statutory refund rights under your local consumer protection laws:

  • EU/UK consumers: 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law, as extended by national legislation
  • California residents: Rights under CCPA and California consumer protection laws
  • Australian consumers: Rights under Australian Consumer Law

These statutory rights are in addition to, not limited by, this policy.
